Let’s get you feeling like yourself again.

Ways to Work Together

I know for me personally, the structure of therapy always bothered me. Sometimes I would want to email my therapist between sessions, but it felt so taboo. Because of my own experience as a client, I offer a unique blend of ways to engage in therapy so it doesn’t feel so sterile. It feels human. As it should.

The options below are designed to meet you where you are — whether you are looking for a consistent weekly rhythm, a deeper and more immersive experience, or something that fits the in-between spaces of your life. If you have questions about which option might be the right fit, we can talk through it during your free consultation.

  • $200 | 55 Minutes

A dedicated, confidential space to process what you are carrying, understand it more deeply, and begin to shift it. Sessions are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on where you are and what you need. Most clients begin weekly and adjust from there.

  • $750 | Approximately 3 hours total

This is a thorough, clinically grounded assessment designed to give you — and us — a clear picture of your personality structure, how it shapes your experience, and whether a formal diagnosis is present or appropriate.

The process includes a clinical interview, administration of the Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5), and a written diagnostic report that you keep. It is not a quick screening — it is a meaningful, detailed evaluation that can inform your treatment, support other providers, or simply give you language for something you have long felt but never been able to name.

This is for anyone seeking a formal personality assessment, a diagnostic clarification, or a deeper understanding of how their personality structure may be contributing to the patterns they experience in relationships, emotions, or sense of self.

  • $3,000 | 3-month commitment

For those who are ready to go deeper and want more than a weekly hour to do it. This program combines biweekly therapy sessions with continuous between-session support — meaning the work does not stop when the session ends.

Between sessions, you have access to me through audio messages or email. This is not a crisis line or unlimited contact — it is a structured, clinically held space for the moments when something surfaces and you need to process it before your next appointment. Think of it as a container that holds the work more fully than traditional therapy alone.

    What is included:

    • 6 biweekly individual therapy sessions (55 minutes each)

    • Between-session support via audio messages or email

    • Customized guided meditations and journal prompts tailored to your current work

    • A treatment approach tailored to your specific goals and personality structure

This is for clients who are navigating a significant period of change, processing complex or layered material, or who simply want a more immersive and supported experience than standard weekly therapy provides.

This program is particularly well-suited for those recovering from narcissistic abuse, where having a consistent, trusted clinical presence between sessions can be essential for maintaining a grounded sense of reality.

A free consultation is required before enrolling in this program.

  • $5,700 | 6-month commitment

Everything included in the 3-month program, extended over six months for clients who are working through deeper, longer-term material and want the sustained support and continuity that comes with a longer commitment.

The 6-month program is designed for clients who recognize that the patterns they are working to shift took years to form — and that meaningful, lasting change benefits from time, consistency, and a relationship that deepens over the course of the work.

    What is included:

    • 12 biweekly individual therapy sessions (55 minutes each)

    • Between-session support via audio messages or email

    • Customized guided meditations and journal prompts tailored to your current work

    • A treatment approach tailored to your specific goals and personality structure

This is for clients working through deeper, longer-term material who want the sustained support and continuity that comes with a longer commitment.

Like the 3-month program, it is particularly well-suited for those recovering from narcissistic abuse, where continuity and a reliable clinical presence between sessions can be a cornerstone of the healing process.

A free consultation is required before enrolling in this program.

  • $375/month | Available to established clients only

Not every form of processing happens in a 55-minute window. For clients who have already established a working relationship with me, this monthly subscription offers up to 2 hours of personalized clinical support delivered entirely between sessions — on your schedule, in your own space.

Depending on what is most useful for you, this can take the form of audio message exchanges, email correspondence, or customized resources I create specifically for you — guided meditations, journal prompts, or reflection exercises tailored to the themes we are actively working on together.

You can choose to add on a live Individual Therapy Session at any time.

This is for established clients who want ongoing support, prefer written or audio-based processing, or are in a phase of the work where consistent, low-intensity contact is more useful than a scheduled appointment.

This option is especially valuable for those recovering from narcissistic abuse, where spontaneous support can serve as an anchor — a trusted, grounded voice to return to when self-doubt or confusion surfaces outside of session.

Available only to clients who have completed a minimum of 4 individual sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at this time. I am an out-of-network provider, which means sessions are private pay. However, upon request I can provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt of services — that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits. I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network coverage before we begin.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes. The Comprehensive Personality Assessment is approximately 3 hours total, which may be completed across one or two appointments depending on your needs.

  • Not at this time. All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Many clients find that working from the comfort and privacy of their own space actually supports the depth of the work — particularly for those navigating trauma, where feeling physically safe matters.

  • The first few sessions are about getting to know each other. There is no pressure to dive into everything at once. We will spend time understanding your history, what has brought you here, and what you are hoping for — and from there, we will begin to build a treatment approach that is specific to you.

Therapy with me is not a passive experience. You will be asked to reflect, to get curious about your patterns, and sometimes to sit with discomfort. It can feel slow at times and surprisingly fast at others. What I can tell you is that the work is collaborative — you are not a passenger in this process.

  • Progress in therapy rarely looks like a straight line, and it does not always feel the way people expect. Early on, things can sometimes feel more difficult before they feel easier — not because the work is going wrong, but because you are beginning to see things more clearly.

Some signs that the work is moving: you start to notice your patterns before you are already in them. You feel less at the mercy of your emotions and more able to pause. Relationships begin to feel different — not necessarily easier, but more honest. You develop a growing sense of who you actually are, separate from the roles you have always played.

If at any point you are unsure whether things are shifting, I want to know. That conversation is part of the work.

  • This is one of the most important questions you can ask, and I take it seriously.

There are a few things that distinguish this work. First, I specialize. I do not work with everyone — I work specifically with people navigating complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship patterns, and personality disorders. This is not a general practice. The depth of training and clinical focus I bring to these areas is different from a generalist approach.

Second, I look at personality. Most therapy focuses on symptoms or events. I also look at the underlying personality structure that shapes how you experience yourself, your relationships, and even the therapy itself. That lens changes what we work on and how.

Third, the relationship matters here. For many of the people I work with, the therapeutic relationship is not just the backdrop for the work — it is the work. If you have felt unseen, misunderstood, or like your therapist did not really get the depth of what you were carrying, that experience is valid. I aim to be a different kind of presence.

That said, fit is real. The free consultation exists precisely so you can get a sense of whether this feels right before committing to anything.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which tends to build momentum and allows the work to deepen more quickly. Over time, many clients shift to biweekly as things stabilize. Monthly sessions are available for clients in a maintenance phase who want ongoing support without a weekly commitment.

For those enrolled in an Immersive Therapy Program, the cadence is biweekly sessions with between-session support built in.

  • Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with a few legally mandated exceptions — specifically, if there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or in cases of suspected child or elder abuse. I will review these limits with you in full during our first session so there are no surprises.

  • Yes — and it is worth saying that most people who reach out are not entirely sure they are ready. Ambivalence is not a reason to wait. It is often the very thing we end up working with.

If you are curious but unsure, the free consultation is a low-stakes place to start. You do not have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

  • Yes. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples and families. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach to couples work that focuses on the attachment and emotional patterns underlying relationship conflict. I am also currently completing specialized training in working with narcissistic personality dynamics within couples — a nuanced and often underserved area that requires a specific clinical lens.

If you and your partner are navigating high-conflict patterns, emotional disconnection, or the impact of personality differences on your relationship, couples therapy may be a meaningful next step. Reach out through the contact form or book a consultation to discuss whether this is the right fit.

  • I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona, which means I can provide therapy to residents of Arizona via telehealth.

If you are located outside of Arizona, I offer all of my services — including the Immersive Therapy Programs, Asynchronous Monthly Support, and Personality Assessment — as a Trauma Recovery Coach. Coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or clinical treatment, but it can be a powerful, structured support for those navigating trauma recovery, narcissistic abuse, relationship patterns, and personal growth outside of a licensed therapy framework.

If you are unsure whether therapy or coaching is the right fit for your situation, we can talk through it during your free consultation.

  • The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. You can book directly through the scheduling link on this site, or reach out through the contact form and I will be in touch within 2 business days.
