You do not have to make sense of it all by yourself.

A nationwide, therapist-moderated community for people untangling narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship patterns, coercive control, and the long reach of emotionally immature or narcissistic family systems.

A Different Kind of Support

You do not need to arrive with a perfect story, a clear diagnosis, or a decision already made. The Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Recovery Community is built for people who are beginning to see relational patterns more clearly and want language, perspective, and connection as they find their way through them.

Created and moderated by Lacey K. Kelly, LCSW, clinical psychotherapist and trauma-recovery coach, this space is grounded in deep validation, respect for your autonomy, and the understanding that the ways you learned to adapt make sense in the context of what you have lived through.

There are two ways to participate.

The Free Community

Therapist-Moderated Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Recovery

This private Facebook community is the ongoing gathering place for adults making sense of narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship patterns, coercive control, family-of-origin dynamics, and the impact of emotionally immature or narcissistic parents.

Inside the group, you will find thoughtful psychoeducation, reflection prompts, resources, and peer connection. There is no pressure to share more than you want to, and no expectation that you have everything figured out.

This is a peer-support and educational community. It is not therapy, group therapy, coaching, crisis support, or a substitute for individualized care. Membership is for adults age 18 and older.

Live Drop-In Support

Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Recovery Support Group

Sometimes you want more than a post on the internet. You want to be in a room with people who understand the kinds of relationship patterns that can be difficult to explain—and you want that room to have structure, care, and boundaries.

The Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Recovery Drop-In Support Group is a live, 60-minute, therapist-moderated education and peer-support gathering held on Zoom. Each meeting explores one focused topic through general education, reflection prompts, and moderated conversation.

Attend once when a topic speaks to where you are, or return whenever you need a place to reconnect. There is no curriculum to keep up with and no expectation to attend every meeting.

JOIN HERE

This is a psychoeducational peer-support gathering, not therapy, group therapy, coaching, crisis support, diagnosis, or a replacement for individualized mental-health care. Separate registration and agreement to the Drop-In Terms & Conditions are required for each meeting.

Topics We Will Explore

  • When you are still trying to name what happened

  • Why leaving is not always the same as feeling free

  • Coercive control and the erosion of self-trust

  • Adult children of narcissistic or emotionally immature parents

  • Why familiar relationships can keep feeling familiar

  • Rebuilding a relationship with your own perceptions

  • Boundaries that are about you, not controlling someone else

  • Grief, anger, ambivalence, and the parts of recovery that do not move in a straight line

The goal is not to offer a universal answer or tell you what decision to make. The goal is to create more room for understanding, reflection, and a more connected relationship with yourself.

Is this space for you?

The Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Recovery Community may be a fit if you are:

  • Making sense of a past or current toxic, controlling, or narcissistic relationship

  • Trying to understand the impact of emotionally immature or narcissistic parents

  • Tired of having to explain the subtle parts of what you experienced

  • Looking for thoughtful education and connection without committing to ongoing individual work right away

  • Already in therapy and wanting an additional, non-clinical space for education and peer connection

  • Interested in learning more about Lacey’s separate coaching programs

This space is not the right fit for an immediate crisis, active safety concern, urgent mental-health need, or a situation requiring individualized clinical, legal, medical, or domestic-violence support. Contact local emergency or appropriate professional resources in those circumstances.

A Note About Boundaries and Privacy

Both the Facebook community and the live Drop-In are designed with clear boundaries. They are not confidential clinical spaces, and participation does not establish a therapist-client or coach-client relationship with Lacey.

The Facebook community is private, but social media is not HIPAA-compliant and no one can guarantee that posts will remain private. The live Drop-In is held on Zoom, is not recorded, and includes clear community agreements; however, group participation still carries privacy limits. Share only what feels appropriate for a non-clinical group setting.

Lacey offers therapy separately to people physically located in Arizona who complete a formal intake and informed-consent process. Her structured coaching programs are available separately to adults nationwide through their own enrollment and agreement process.
