For when the work is hard.

Therapists: I see you.

Our job is hard. We are navigating our own life stressors, countertransference, and our biases — all while tracking the experience of our clients and the experience of ourselves simultaneously. We look at all the trainings and wonder if we helped. We feel frustrated, inadequate, overwhelmed, unsure, and sometimes like an imposter in a field we have dedicated ourselves to.

You are not alone. I feel that way too.

Whether you are looking for a community of peers, clinical consultation, or support for yourself as a human being — there is something here for you.

Sometimes we need a little help from our friends.

Free Monthly Group Consultation

Community, case staffing, and countertransference support — at no cost.

Once a month, I host a free group consultation space for therapists working in the areas of trauma, narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, and relational work. This is a place to staff cases, explore countertransference, and connect with other clinicians who understand the particular weight of this work. It is not a supervision group — it is a peer space, held with clinical intention.

If you are navigating a complex case, working through your own countertransference, or simply want a dedicated space to think through your clinical work with someone who specializes in this population, individual consultation offers that. Sessions are available on a flexible basis — whether you need ongoing support or occasional check-ins.

Therapy for Therapists

Because we need support too — and we know how strange it can feel to ask for it.

If you are a therapist looking for your own therapy, I have a particular place in my heart for this work. I understand the unique dynamics that come with being a clinician in the client chair — the hyperawareness, the self-analysis, the occasional impulse to evaluate your therapist's technique mid-session. None of that makes you a difficult client. It makes you a therapist, and it is something we can work with together.
