You don’t have to go through this alone.
You don’t have to be in crisis to need support.
Not everyone who seeks support is in the middle of a breakdown. Some people are simply tired of patterns they cannot seem to escape. They want to understand themselves better — why they respond the way they do, why certain relationships feel impossible, why the same dynamics keep showing up no matter how hard they try to change things.
If that sounds like you, trauma recovery coaching may be exactly what you are looking for. Because coaching is not a licensed mental health service, it is available to anyone, anywhere — regardless of the state or country you live in.
Trauma recovery coaching draws on the same body of knowledge that informs clinical therapy — an understanding of how early experiences shape personality, how the nervous system responds to threat and connection, and how relational patterns develop and repeat across a lifetime. The difference is in the structure and scope of the work.
Coaching does not involve diagnosis, the treatment of mental health conditions, or a formal clinical relationship. What it does involve is a deeply informed, personalized approach to self-understanding — one that takes your history seriously without pathologizing it, and that supports you in building the insight and skills to navigate your life and relationships with more clarity and intention.
I draw on years of clinical experience to inform trauma recovery coaching. All the benefits of therapy, without the pathologizing.
You deserve support.
Trauma recovery coaching with me looks a lot like the work I do in therapy because it draws on the same training, the same clinical lens, and the same deep respect for your experience. Sessions are held via video and are available on a flexible schedule.
The focus of our work together might include understanding your attachment patterns and how they show up in your relationships, making sense of your family of origin and the dynamics that shaped you, recovering your sense of self after a difficult or toxic relationship, building self-trust and the capacity to recognize your own needs, and developing a clearer understanding of your personality structure and how it influences your experience.
The same service options available to therapy clients — including intensive programs and asynchronous monthly support — are available through coaching as well. Learn more about the fees here.
