There is a myth in self-help culture that you have to "do the work" and fix yourself in isolation before you are ready for a relationship. That you must love yourself first before anyone else can.

The truth is, relational wounds cannot be healed in a vacuum. Your relationship choices make perfect sense given your history. You are not a failure at connection—you are simply operating from an unconscious blueprint.

Understanding Your Relational Blueprint is an 8-week live coaching program designed to help you map, understand, and ultimately change the templates that steer your relationships.

We move beyond simple attachment labels to explore the specific roles you learned to play to secure love, the nervous system responses that drive your push-pull dynamics, and the terrifying, necessary practice of allowing yourself to be seen.

The Program

Phase 1: The Blueprint (Weeks 1-2)

We map your relational history. We identify the unconscious templates you are operating from and the specific roles (the caretaker, the fixer, the invisible one) you adopted to maintain connection.

Phase 2: The Dynamics of Connection (Weeks 3-5)

We explore the push and pull of anxiety and avoidance as nervous system strategies. We deconstruct the burden of proving your worth and challenge the isolationist "love yourself first" narrative.

Phase 3: Rewiring the Blueprint (Weeks 6-8)

We address the discomfort of healthy dynamics—why calm relationships often feel "boring" when you are wired for chaos. We practice setting relational limits without the terror of abandonment, and integrate your new relational compass.

What Is Included:

  • 8 Live 1:1 Sessions: 55-minute coaching sessions with Lacey. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at a pace that works for you — there is no requirement to move through the curriculum on a fixed timeline.

  • Between-Session Support: Access to Lacey between sessions via audio messages or email — especially useful when relational triggers come up in real time and you need a grounded perspective.

  • Relational Mapping Guides: Tools to help you identify and track your specific attachment patterns and triggers.

  • Somatic Audio Reflections: Guided practices for regulating your nervous system when a connection feels like "too much" or "not enough".

  • Journal Prompts: Targeted questions to help you unpack the burden of performing for love.
