From Confusion to Clarity:

A 10-Week Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program

You Are Not Crazy.

If you have recently left a narcissistic relationship, or if you are still in one and trying to make sense of it, you probably spend a lot of time wondering if you are losing your mind.

The reality shifts constantly. The rules change without warning. The person who causes you the most pain is also the person you feel desperately tethered to. You might find yourself constantly explaining their behavior, doubting your own memory, and feeling like a hollowed-out version of the person you used to be.

You are not crazy. You are experiencing the predictable, devastating effects of narcissistic abuse. And you do not have to navigate the fallout alone.

From Confusion to Clarity is a structured, 10-week live coaching program designed specifically for individuals recovering from narcissistic, antagonistic, or highly manipulative relationships.

This is not standard talk therapy. It is a targeted curriculum that combines clinical psychoeducation, somatic grounding, and relational support to help you understand exactly what happened, why you feel so stuck, and how to begin the slow process of untangling yourself from the abuse.

The Program

We start by giving you the language for what you experienced—gaslighting, love bombing, coercive control, and DARVO. Understanding the mechanics of the abuse and the antagonistic personality is the first step in realizing it was never your fault.

Phase 1: Naming the Experience (Weeks 1-2)

We explore why you couldn't or feel unable to "just leave." We will break down the neurochemistry of trauma bonding and how your attachment history (if applicable) made this dynamic feel familiar, even when it was destructive.

Phase 2: Understanding the Bond (Weeks 3-4)

This is the core of the work. We address the erosion of your identity, the chronic dysregulation in your nervous system, and the complicated grief of mourning a relationship that was based on an illusion.

Phase 3: Reclaiming the Self (Weeks 5-8)

We focus on integration. How to practice radical acceptance (a key to recovery regardless of the status of the relationship), how to trust your perception again, and how to navigate the ongoing, non-linear process of recovery.

Phase 4: Moving Forward (Weeks 9-10)

What Is Included:

  • 10 Live 1:1 Sessions: 55-minute coaching sessions with Lacey, focused on the curriculum and your specific experience. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at whatever pace works best for where you are in your recovery.

  • Between-Session Guides: Psychoeducational materials that break down the clinical concepts into clear, validating insights.

  • Guided Audio Reflections: Custom somatic and reflective audio practices to help you regulate your nervous system and process the material between our calls.

  • Journal Prompts: Targeted questions to help you apply the concepts to your own history.

Who This Is For

This program is for you if:

  • You are out of the relationship and struggling with the aftermath (confusion, grief, trauma bonding).

  • You are currently in the relationship and need a safe, non-judgmental space to understand the reality of your situation (I will never pressure you to leave).

  • You grew up with a narcissistic parent and are realizing how that dynamic is impacting your adult life.

  • You want a structured, educational approach to recovery, rather than open-ended therapy.

It’s time to be free.

I want to make something really clear about this program — you do not have to leave your relationship in order to participate, you do not have to have an expectation that you will feel ready to leave by the end, and there is no pressure one way or the other to make any decisions. These relationships are complicated, and I have found in working with people that once they have understanding of their situation and language for what they are experiencing, they can feel freedom regardless of the status of the relationship.

We will help you untangle the web of what you’ve been experiencing, so you can feel like yourself again.
