Know Yourself:
A 6-Week Personality & Self-Understanding Program
You Are Not a Diagnosis.
Emotional whiplash. A painful lack of identity. The heavy, persistent belief that you are simply "too much" for other people.
If you have experienced these things, you may have encountered the mental health system's labels: Borderline. Dysregulated. Disordered.
Honestly? I am clinically opposed to the idea of a "personality disorder." Personality is personality—shaped by genetics, environment, culture, biology, and the particular circumstances of how you came to be you. The label carries a stigma that often does more harm than good, and it tells you nothing useful about how to actually live your life.
The goal is not to fix you. The goal is to understand you so fully that you stop working against yourself.
Know Yourself is a 6-week intensive coaching and assessment program designed to help you map your unique personality structure, de-pathologize your traits, and build a life that accommodates how your nervous system is actually wired.
This program begins with a formal personality assessment (administered and interpreted through my clinical lens) and uses that data not to label you, but to give you an owner's manual for your own mind.
The Program
Phase 1: The Map (Weeks 1-2)
We begin with a comprehensive interview and personality assessment. In the second week, we translate those clinical results into a humanizing, understandable map of your specific traits.
Phase 2: The Terrain (Weeks 3-4)
We explore the biological roots of emotional intensity. We look at how your specific personality structure interacts with your environment, and why your reactions are often bigger, faster, or longer-lasting than others.
Phase 3: The Navigation (Weeks 5-6)
We shift from trying to change your personality to accommodating it. We develop practical strategies for managing intensity and impulsivity, and commit to the practice of radical acceptance.
What Is Included:
Comprehensive Personality Assessment: Administration and clinical interpretation of a standardized personality measure.
6 Live 1:1 Sessions: 55-minute sessions (including the initial clinical interview) to unpack the assessment results and apply them to your life. Sessions can be scheduled at whatever pace works for you.
Between-Session Support: Access to Lacey between sessions via audio messages or email for grounding, processing, or applying the assessment insights to real situations as they arise.
Your Personality Owner's Manual: A customized guide based on your assessment results, detailing your specific traits, triggers, and accommodation strategies.
Somatic Audio Practices: Guided reflections for grounding during emotional spikes and receiving yourself without judgment.
Who This Is For
This program is for you if:
You experience intense, rapidly shifting emotions that feel impossible to manage.
You have been given (or suspect you fit) a personality disorder diagnosis and want a de-pathologizing, empowering approach to understanding it.
You struggle with an unstable sense of identity or chronic feelings of emptiness.
You want concrete data about how your mind works, paired with deep empathy for your experience.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Personality is the bedrock of how we navigate the world and our relationships. It is not fixed, though it is difficult to change. Understanding how your personality developed the way it did can be incredibly illuminating and freeing, along with knowing how your personality is influencing your relationships, your life, and even how you have responded to mental health treatment.
This program is designed to give you answers in a non-pathologizing fashion to the question “why am I like this?” as well as concrete tools to work with your unique personality style.
Program cost: $3,000
(Includes the Comprehensive Personality Assessment — a $750 value — plus 6 live sessions and between-session support)
(Payment plans available: Two installments of $1,500 or three installments of $1,000)
Note: While this program utilizes clinical assessment tools, it is offered as an educational and coaching package focused on self-understanding, not psychiatric treatment.
